Smyth Tribeca Hotel New York

The location of this hotel is perfect to easily access NYC highlights. Situated in Tribeca, it offers a nice area that is calmer than midtown. The rooms are spacious and stylish, with incredible views and big showers. The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a fabulous experience. The concierge is particularly helpful, offering advice on the local area and even providing small touches like a bottle of water and an umbrella.

The only downside is that the bed can be uncomfortable for some, as it is extremely firm.

I recently stayed at the Smyth Tribeca for a weekend getaway. The customer service was excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff. The modern and clean look of the hotel, especially the bathroom, was impressive. The provided body wash had a delightful scent. Finding parking was easy, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere. The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and the 9-11 memorial within walking distance. a great experience and I will definitely be returning.

Warm and welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious. Prefer a room on the upper floors.

Poor insulation. Beginning of the living room with a bedroom on the second floor: extremely noisy! We were changed quickly.

The food was delicious, front desk staff were friendly. Sandy and Anta were helpful. Hotel was clean with a cozy lounge. Corner room was quiet and bed was comfy. Good location close to subway, shops, and restaurants. Staff were attentive during check-in and check-out.

Possibility to make special orders for your loved one (e. g. chocolate covered strawberries with champagne etc but you have to order in advance), quiet, comfortable, quiet, window that opens into the bathroom, well stocked mini-bar, location close to metro/brooklyn bridge/one world trade centre, if you arrive early and no room is available then the staff will phone you when a room is ready.

Too much simplicity? it would lack a little decoration in the room (ex: a frame or a few touches of color).

The entrance hall is very cramped because it looks like it's under construction. Breakfast is too expensive and too sophisticated. This establishment is used for business breakfasts more than for hotel guests.

Conveniently located close to a subway station with friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are clean and spacious with plenty of storage space for clothes. The bathroom is large and well stocked with toiletries. The breakfast is good and there are nearby restaurants for dinner. a great place to stay.

Location and quality of bedding

Cleaning of the room once a week. I've never seen that in any other hotel in this category. If we ask for extra cleaning, it's $75. Unbelievable. When I point it out, they tell me it's written in the contract . In short, hotel (is it really a hotel if the rooms are not cleaned ?????) to absolutely avoid !!!

The location was excellent, situated in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with a Nespresso machine included for a quick caffeine fix. the staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming, providing a pleasant check-in experience.

There were a few areas that could be improved. the cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired, with visible stains on the couch and hair on the carpet.

Spacious and clean room between SoHo and financial area.

They are under construction so in the photos you get the feeling of going to a more modern place than it really is. However it is correct considering the prices in Manhattan.

I loved the location of this hotel, it was close to everything I wanted and located in a nice area. The metro station Chambers Street was just next door which made getting around so easy. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, plus the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Very nice hotel for our stay in NY and well located in the center of Tribeca. Unfortunately the hotel was still under construction during the period we stayed, we would have liked to see it finalized.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect with easy access to the train and plenty of attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, from the front desk to the doorman. The room was top-notch, equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need. I particularly appreciated the in-room safe, free toiletries, and mini-bar. Housekeeping kept everything very clean and tidy throughout my stay.

This venue exceeded my expectations with its outstanding service, leisure facilities, and impeccable cleanliness. The free Wi-Fi and luggage storage made my travel even more convenient, and the dining restaurant exceeded my expectations with their delicious special diet menus.

I appreciated the location of the hotel, friendliness of the staff. My request to stay on a high floor was taken into account. In addition, my room had a very pleasant terrace with a view of the World Trade Center tower and Empire State Building. room was comfortable and bathroom was clean and pleasant. However, it lacked a chair or a small armchair and a table to put down one's things. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. I hope I will be able to come back.

I only had breakfast once at the hotel. It seemed too expensive.

This hotel is outclassed, it's not a 5 star hotel, and we border on dishonesty by listing it as such on these pages, it's a 4 star quality hotel but no more. Disappointingly high quality ratio!

The personalized handwritten note from the staff made me feel special. Despite the bathroom being below usual standards, the staff were kind and professional. The location was superb with easy walking access to FiDi, and the room was comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

During our stay in the area, we found a fantastic hotel that was conveniently located near a subway station, which made it easy to get around. The room we had was spacious and well-equipped, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. There were also great restaurants and bars in the area that were within walking distance from the hotel. The balcony in our room provided a fantastic view that was great for relaxation after a day of sightseeing.

The hotel's bar wasn't as impressive as we anticipated, and we waited for a long time to get served only to be hit with a 20% "gratuity" fee on top of expensive drinks.

And the best part was the beautiful terrace, with stunning city views, perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery.

The bathrooms at this hotel were a bit disappointing. the sliding bathroom door did not provide much privacy, and the frosted shower wall illuminated the whole room when the light was turned on.
